WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center

We are pleased to share that DRAKOPOULOS partner Michalis Kosmopoulos has been invited to join the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Arbitration and Mediation Center’s List of Arbitrators.

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center administers a growing number of proceedings under the WIPO Mediation, WIPO Arbitration/WIPO Expedited Arbitration and WIPO Expert Determination Rules, in addition to its domain name dispute resolution activities.  The subject matter of said proceedings has most recently included patent licenses, software licenses, distribution agreements for pharmaceutical products, research, and development agreements as well as patent infringement, trademark co-existence agreements, copyright issues, art marketing agreements and entertainment contracts.

By always being thoroughly diligent and well-informed, Michalis brings extensive expertise into advising international businesses across various industry sectors on Intellectual Property matters.

Michalis will join efforts with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center to offer first-rate arbitration services and support the Center’s strategic objectives.
