Drakopoulos is strongly committed to privacy issues and the present privacy policy details our approach on such issues. We publish this privacy notice (the “Notice”) in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation to inform you about the use of your personal data.

Data Collection & Data Processing

The following table sets out the purposes of processing personal data collected through our website, the categories of the personal data processed, as well as the legal basis of such processing:

The purpose of the legitimate interests of the firm is to evaluate the stay on site, measure clicks and get suggestions, observations from users to improve its online services.

Disclosure to recipients and intra-firm flow

In general, Drakopoulos does not transfer your personal data to third parties.  Depending on your request submitted through our Get in Touch form, we may forward your message, together with your name and/or surname and the e-mail address provided therein to the competent Drakopoulos office.

Transfer to third countries

In case your request concerns Drakopoulos in Tirana, Albania, we will forward your message to Albania. In case your request concerns matters/cases which may involve other third countries, we may transfer this information to our partners/collaborators in these countries and process them in relation to negotiations and or communication with your counterparts and/or representatives. The legal basis for such transfer(s) could be art. 49 par. 1 (b) (the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request), and/or 49 par. 1 (c) (the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in the interest of the data subject between the controller and another natural or legal person), and/or 49 par. 1 (e) (the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims) and or 49 par. 1 (f) (the transfer is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of other persons, where the data subject is physically or legally incapable of giving consent).

Security

Drakopoulos maintains and processes your personal data in a manner that ensures their protection. Specifically, your personal data are processed solely by specifically authorized personnel or by suppliers of Drakopoulos which are bound towards Drakopoulos with the same obligations regarding your personal data protection, while all appropriate organizational and technical measures are in place for data security and protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other form of illicit processing.

Data retention

The personal data that you submit in our website are kept only for as long as it is required for the purposes for which they were collected or as required by law.

Data subject rights

This section outlines your rights with respect to your personal data. Such rights are subject to certain exceptions, reservations or limitations.

Please submit your requests responsibly. The firm will respond as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receipt of the request. You have the right to access your personal data for free, except in the following cases, where there may be a reasonable charge to cover the administrative expenses of Drakopoulos:

  • Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character;
  • Additional copies of the same information are required
  1. Right to Rectification

You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.

  1. Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected or there is no legitimate reason to continue processing them. The right to erasure is incomplete, if there is a specific legal obligation or other legal reason for keeping your personal data by Drakopoulos.

  1. Right to Restriction of Processing

In some cases, you have the right to restrict or terminate further processing of your personal data. In cases where processing has been restricted, your personal data remain stored, without being subject to further processing.

  1. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to request your personal information, which you have provided to us, in a structured and commonly used format readable by machines and forward that data to another data controller.

You have the right to object at any time and for reasons related to your particular situation to the processing of your personal data, unless Drakopoulos demonstrates imperative and legitimate reasons for such processing.

  1. Rights on automated individual decision-making and profiling

Drakopoulos does not make automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Withdrawal of consent

We inform you that data subjects shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and Drakopoulos may object to such withdrawal in case processing may continue on another basis. Our goal is to constantly review and update the present Privacy Policy, so as to comply with the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and provide at the same time the optimum personal data protection. Any and all further updates will be shared through this website.
