Industrial Property Organization Enforcement Seminar

Partner Michalis Kosmopoulos participated in the “Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights – Support of Law Enforcement Authorities in Identifying Infringing Products” seminar organized by the Industrial Property Organization in collaboration with the European Observatory on the Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights of EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office, on 24 November 2023, in Ioannina, Greece.
The seminar was exclusively addressed to law enforcement authorities based in Western Greece, such as Police, Customs, and Customs Mobile Control Unit, aiming at raising awareness on goods infringing intellectual property rights and strengthening the authorities’ work in combating counterfeit products.
Partner Michalis Kosmopoulos offered a training presentation, demonstrating ways to identify counterfeit goods in a swift and effective manner.
