Our Gaming Law department provides expert advice to businesses in the gaming industry with respect to the full spectrum of their activity, including licensing (manufacturer’s, supplier’s, hardware and software licensing), gaming compliance and regulatory affairs in land based gaming (casino gaming), as well as online gaming.

- We advised a Maltese leading gaming company with respect to the drafting of a marketing and promotion services agreement with a local media partner in the Greek market. The matter required special attention to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in order to ensure compliance with the Greek applicable legislation and the mandatory provisions thereof both in terms of gaming and advertising law and confirm that the client’s interests would be properly secured in the Greek territory.
