Drakopoulos advised Procaffé S.p.A. (“Procaffé”), one of the leading players in the Italian and EU espresso market, on the acquisition of a local distribution network and the establishment of a Greek subsidiary.

Procaffé is the owner of a number of prestigious, long-standing and extremely well-established brands, such as Bristot founded in 1919, Deorsola founded in  1920 and Breda founded in 1921.
