The Upfront Initiative conference

DRAKOPOULOS, always showing ongoing commitment to promoting corporate social responsibility, participated in the Upfront Initiative conference, held in Athens on March 23^rd.

The initiative is aiming to tackle exclusion, bias and discrimination in the workplace related to race, gender, ability, sexual orientation and all other forms of human diversity. It also provides a platform for businesses to collectively advocate for inclusive policy change.

DRAKOPOULOS believes that businesses must deliver social value alongside financial value, by adopting inclusion policies actively promoting equality, diversity and visibility in the work environment.
