Drakopoulos attended React’s Annual General Meeting

Drakopoulos partner Michalis Kosmopoulos and paralegal Georgia Kalakou attended React’s Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam, on 18-19 April, representing the firm as the exclusive partner of React for Greece and Cyprus.

The event aimed to bring together members, partners and other relevant stakeholders in the anti-counterfeiting field and included plenary sessions focusing on key developments in customs and online enforcement. Particular emphasis was placed on the introduction of the Digital Services Act (“DSA”) and key revisions to the EU’s Union Customs Code (“UCC”).  A Product Identification Training session was also held for police and customs officials.

React is a not-for-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in fighting counterfeit trade. It aims to drive its online monitoring, customs enforcement and investigations to a level where counterfeiting is significantly reduced.
