DRAKOPOULOS with the European Commission (DG ENER) in the transposition process of Directive 2018/2001 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (RED II)

DRAKOPOULOS and partners of the Grimaldi Alliance, namely Collegium Bitai & Partners, Dimitrov, Petrov & Co., Kirm Perpar, Wardynski & Partners, Vojčík & Partners, s.r.o. and Žurić i Partneri, are assisting the European Commission, Directorate General for Energy (DG ENER), in reviewing the status of transposition of Directive 2018/2001 (RED II) in individual member states.

In particular, DRAKOPOULOS is verifying the transposition and conformity of the RED II Directive into Greece’s and Cyprus’s legal frameworks.

RED II is part of the EU’s ambitious 2030 climate plan as well as renewable energy targets for member states.
