Balkan Legal Forum 2022

DRAKOPOULOS Senior Partner Panagiotis Drakopoulos, Vice Chair of the IBA European Regional Forum, participated in the 11th Balkan Legal Forum that took place in Vienna from 30/06/22 to 01/07/22.

Panagiotis Drakopoulos was a panel speaker in a challenging session titled “How will partner remuneration change in the next 20 years”. Panagiotis discussed what comes next for law firms in terms of partner compensation expectations, explaining that, in a volatile legal services environment where client needs change rapidly, future partners and their expectations will have to align with both future law firm structures and client new realities.
