One year since Greece improved the protection of Intellectual Property Rights

DRAKOPOULOS Partner Michalis Kosmopoulos participated in “The strategy and action plan on the enforcement side” session of “One year since Greece improved the protection of Intellectual Property Rights. The positive impact in the Economy, Investment and the Strategy going forward” digital event, hosted by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce – IPR committee on October 6th, 2021.

Michalis addressed the severe impact of illicit trade on Greek economy and sustainable corporate growth and suggested effective measures to fight back. Michalis highlighted also the importance of interagency cooperation and discussed the expected legislative interventions with respect to IP.
