Drakopoulos facilitates MoU signing on illicit trade between React Foundation and DIMEA

Drakopoulos, partner in Greece, Cyprus and Albania of React, a network committed to combating counterfeiting worldwide, continues assisting Greek authorities and private stakeholders in safeguarding supply chains and stemming the tide of counterfeit goods.

Over the last weekend and in the context of the Thessaloniki International Fair, Ronald Brohm, Managing Director React Foundation, Eli Mufisovski, Regional Director React Balkan and Michalis Kosmopoulos, Partner at Drakopoulos met with Sotiris Anagnostopoulos, the General Secretary for Trade and Consumer Protection overseeing the Interagency Unit for Market Inspection (DIMEA) to discuss their mutual interest and support in suppressing illicit trade. The meeting group agreed on common standards related to information exchange processes and suggested efficient procedures to prevent the entrance and proliferation of fake goods in the market.
