Drakopoulos represents Hellenic Shipyards S.A in ICC arbitration proceedings

As of November 2018, Drakopoulos represents Hellenic Shipyards, the largest shipyard in the eastern Mediterranean region, in ICC arbitration proceedings against the Hellenic Republic.

In the context of an arbitration saga that started in 2009, the Hellenic Republic launched a multi-billion EUR claim in 2014, in a second round of arbitration proceedings against Hellenic Shipyards, while Hellenic Shipyards filed counterclaims against Hellenic Republic.

Drakopoulos will continue advising Hellenic Shipyards until the final hearings, which are scheduled for June and July 2019.
