Drakopoulos advises INTRAKAT GROUP on major real estate dispute with VINCI CONSTRUCTION and out-of-court settlement

Drakopoulos has advised INTRAKAT GROUP (“INTRAKAT”), a top construction group in Greece, on a € 14.5 million dispute against VINCI CONSTRUCTION, a leading French concessions and construction company, in relation to the construction of the Le Mans football Stadium in France. Squire Patton Boggs, together with Drakopoulos, assisted INTRAKAT during the litigation phase in France.  The case was finally settled out-of-court between the parties. Litigation and settlement procedures required focused and coordinated effort, strong multijurisdictional experience and expertise, as well as extensive cross border negotiations between the parties in order to achieve a reasonable settlement agreement. Drakopoulos advises INTRAKAT on various investments and deals in SEE region.
