Drakopoulos advised Gruppo Maggioli on its acquisition of Collectives

Drakopoulos was pleased to advise Gruppo Maggioli on its acquisition of a 60% stake in Collectives S.A., a leading Athens-based provider of software and IT services, offering integrated electronic systems solutions to organisations and enterprises in both the public and private sectors.

Maggioli Group is a leading Italian technology and digital transformation company providing software, ICT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and consulting to public administrations, healthcare institutions, businesses and professionals across Europe and Latin America.

This strategic investment strengthens the Maggioli Group’s presence in Greece, marking another important step in its international growth strategy and further supporting the digital transformation of public administration services across Europe.

The transaction was carried out in close collaboration with our Italian colleagues, Marco Bertini and Filomena Zonno. On the corporate side, Chief Corporate Officer Gian Luca Brasini and Director of International Development Donato Todisco were involved, supported by CFO William Garattoni and in-house counsel Raffaella Sarti and Nicola Sintini.

The Drakopoulos team advising on the Greek legal aspects of the transaction was led by partner Mika Lalaouni and included partner Ioannis Anagnostopoulos and senior associate Isidoros Skavdis.
