2026 Upfront Initiative Conference

Drakopoulos has participated in the 2026 Upfront Initiative Conference, a landmark event which continues to shift the focus from awareness to action, and from visibility to impact.

Now in its fifth year, the Upfront Initiative continues to bring together leading voices from business, academia, public policy, technology and civil society to address some of the most pressing issues shaping the future of work. This year’s discussions covered issues ranging from gender equality and inclusive leadership to neurodiversity, mental health, accessibility, representation, ageism and the opportunities and challenges that AI brings to the modern workplace.
