Inclusion is in our DNA

Drakopoulos reaffirmed its strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion by participating in the 7th Diversity in Business Conference, organised by Diversity Charter Greece and held in Athens on 9 October.

Under the theme “Inclusion is in our DNA”, this year’s conference celebrated uniqueness as a shared human trait and inclusion as a catalyst for institutional and social progress. Discussions explored relevant questions such as whether AI can act with empathy, respect human rights and align with ethical principles of inclusion. The event also showcased best practices and strategies that foster equality and inclusion — values that are now recognised as key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria for sustainability and growth.

We believe that businesses should deliver social value as well as financial success by embracing policies that enhance equality, diversity and visibility, and by creating workplaces where everyone feels free to be themselves.
